Harold Goodwin

Harold Goodwin is the founder of the International Centre for Responsible Tourism (ICRT.global) and Professor Emeritus at Manchester Metropolitan University. He authored Rwanda’s responsible tourism policy and has consulted on tourism around Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
