Do you know how long we’ve been trying? For years and years and years! Finding a Musanze landlord willing to let us a house as both an office and a residence has been a struggle, since mixing the two changes how it’s taxed. But now we have it, and on Monday we hosted our first guests: Pero and Yumi from Japan, who are interested in travelling to Uganda with Gorilla Highlands Experts.

Their visit gave us the push we needed to make our spaces presentable, but there’s still a long way ahead before we’re happy with the place. With the exception of the dining table under a banana tree, the rest of the ambiance still needs extra love. (We don’t even have a sign at the gate yet, just look for us opposite Susa Gardens.)

This is where you’ll meet our team — Diane, Lan, ML and Sasha — whenever you need us! And now that we have a solid base, you’ll hear more from the gang too: we’re committing to posts every Wednesday and Sunday evening.
